Booking and Appointments
Appointments can be booked through our online booking system (Cliniko) or by contacting us directly.
- All appointments must be confirmed at the time of booking
- You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are accurate
- Please arrive on time for your appointment to receive the full treatment session
- Late arrival may result in a shortened session without a fee reduction
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary. If we need to do so, we will provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee
- Failure to attend your appointment without notice (no-show) may result in a full session fee being charged
- Outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked
Cancellation fees may be collected at your next appointment or invoiced directly.
Fees and Payment
Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
We accept the following payment methods:
- In-clinic card payments
- Cash
- All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD)
- If payment is not made at the time of service, we reserve the right to issue an invoice
- Outstanding invoices must be settled within a reasonable timeframe
We reserve the right to refuse future appointments where accounts remain unpaid.
Consent to Treatment
